Some of these things I remember fondly, others carry associations that tweak my stomach in stress. I curl my toes and bite my lip and shake my head trying to clear out the frustration and embarrassment of a certain day. The good times grow thin in my memory, becoming concepts and narration, while the bad times stay tangible, and oh so easy to recall.
